What is telling you that you need to consider a top end rebuild? Your mileage is really minimal. If you really need a top end rebuild, something wasnt right....
Without other info I would say check/replace cam chain tensioners, cams/bearings, lifters, breathers, add Rockouts. Maybe inspect oil pump and add better spring. Plugs/wires while you're there. When you're done check for leaks, then ride for another 58K.
The bike runs fine, but with 58K miles just interested in continued reliability. Cam tensioner, oil pump, crank, etc. I thought a 113 kit would give it some extra boost also.

I would just ride until it smokes or chatters, unless you just want more power then go for it.

This is why most upgrade or rebuild, I have the exact same bike, rebuild from top to bottom, not cause I wanted to I had no choice, catastrophic failure with the 110 @ 60K miles. It's a completely different bike now.
