Heated grip issues
I just installed a set of 12" meathooks on my 23 RG. For some reason even. I triple checked all of my wires and I still can't get the heat to come on. Any advice would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum. It must either be a connector or a wire or a fuse blown because of it. Electrical sucks to chase down sometimes, but if it worked before you did the install, you did something somewhere that caused it and now youll have to go back and trace wires, etc. till you find it.

After fuse is checked, I'd grab a meter and check for volts at every connector in the power circuit... I installed a set for a friend, and used one of the short extensions that came with the new set of HD grips. got it all done and before we put the fairing back on, tested the grips... nothing. The short extension, right out of the box, was bad. I rerouted the wires a little and was able to get it hooked up without the extension and all was well. Then I popped the pins out of the connectors on the extension, and one wire was crimped in the pin, but the insulation was still on the wire...
On that Road Glide, both your bike's connections (power and interconnect) for heated grips are under the gauges, do you have 12V there from your bike? Did you have to add any extensions?
