When I had done on my 12 Limited in April 2013 I was charged $213.01. That was for the download, half hour labor and tax.
The Vieds only work in closed loop mode not under heavy acceleration or high RPM's. The Download also gives you a more aggressive timing curve, Raises the rev limiter from 5500 to 6200RPM.
