Default Dash display button on the left throttle....

Man that little flat button on the back of the left hand grip get's in my way. With gloves on I am either constantly hitting it or accidentially pushing it out. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I break it off.

Total operator error and maybe I just need to get used to it.

Anyone else?

You need to get your throttle put back on the right side...I know what you meant. Gloves do make it a little easier to accidentally hit it. I would've thought of a better place to put it. Are your gloves "bulky", or maybe just holding your hands in very snug?

Gloves aren't that bulky and I notice that I do it without gloves too. I definitely hold my hands too close in...

AND....DUH....on the throttle side, I'm a dope.

Never hit that button accidentally, its not even close to where I hold the grip or clutch. I have occasionally forwarded to the next song on occasion

Ridin' down Ocean Pkwy. to Captree last week, no cars around and I was fiddling with the right side controls. Suddenly, motor shuts off, I pull the clutch and try to restart, nothing. Coast to the side, planning my strategy, (call the HOG # for a tow, pull the main fuse, jump up and down screaming and yelling?) I shut off everything. Hit the button a couple of times, nothing! Lookin' around, notice the kill switch off...DAMN! Must have brushed it with my hand, had the winter gloves on. Correct the switch, hit the button and off I go...lesson learned!

I've also noticed that the button can be pulled up and pivoted inboard a bit. Anyone else see this?

That's brutal, lol... Sadly I think a lot of us have been there! Can't wait till it warms up a little more and it's not 15 degrees colder going down Ocean parkway!

Not a problem at all for me. Of course my previous bike was a Buell S3T and it has the hi-beam flasher switch in that location, so I am used to having a switch there.

Pivoted inboard? Really! I thought I was about to break it when I pushed it the wrong way.
