My Pilot 1157 LED turn signals won't flash. Suggestions?
I picked up some Pilot 1157 Red LED replacement lights for my 2014 Street Glide Special and the darned things won't blink. Did I install them wrong or did I miss something? Any Suggestions?
I have been thinking about getting a set of CD Dynamic Ringz and they have two versions of their turn signal kits. One for CANBUS/BCM and one for the older systems needing a load equalizer. It may be a resistance issue. I found this thread in the Corvette forum.

Wires reversed in the harness? Sounds like it could be a polarity issue.

Bingo!
Thanks. That was exactly the issue. Problem is I can't get them to fit perfectly now the sen loose and might fall out with one good speed bump or on a rough road.
now that they flash, how are they? Brighter than regular bulbs?
Yes they are but I haven't compared side by side. I will say I prefer the look of a regular dual filament bulb to the LED's. I may just order some Phillips dual filament incandescent bulbs. I'm not crazy about LED's. Sure I love the technology but I prefer the old school look.
