You will need part numbers. May have to go to your dealership and have the parts guys look them up for you. Once you have a part number, Surdyke is one of the better places to buy on-line parts. About 20% of retail.
Thanks a lot. This helps a lot.

I don't paint much.
Lower rocker covers on a sporty. The screens on the brake calipers on a touring bike and such.
Scuff with some sandpaper, clean and paint with engine enamel. This is my painting history lol.
Always turned out better then expected.
On the plastic part would you just spray it or lightly scuff. I would think just spray it. Thanks for any thoughts on this.

00000 fine steel wool & scuff it.
or very fine scotchbrite pad if you have one

The steel wool has worked well for me....

Not to sound like an ***, but take the part off the fender first. DONT try and tape the fender and paint as will have overspray.

For plastic it is best to first spray it with adhesion promoter. It helps the paint adhere better. You can get it at any auto parts store. Maybe even Home Depot. Here is an example but there are lot's of brands that do the same thing.

Looking at the microfiche the front nose peice is plastic but the spears on the side would be metal.
Side spears are mounted with bolts.

The trim is all plastic. I just replaced mine because the side spear snapped off.
