Its with Cyclevision Baggertail. Clears the signals but you need a exhaust that sits lower than the rear axel. If you notice the stock right bag is shorter than the left for this reason.

Took Cherry out for a ride this morning and met up with a chopper riding buddy. Just had to stop and get a pic of his ride!

Like me, we are both getting older...although he has lost a little more weight then I have.

Not sure that hat is DOT approved! Almost got run over trying to get this shot.

Is his nickname "bones" ?

That's a "creative" roof design in the background too.

Hey...FrankEV....I’m curious about what it’s like to live in Ormond Beach during Bike Week and Biketoberfest. How much time do you spend inside the “crowd”, or do you avoid it for the most part?

For us from far away, it’s a different experience since we have to stay there and become totally immersed in the event. Just wondered what it’s like from a resident’s perspective.

Being a resident it is convienent and a lot less costly to attend (***see later) . However, that being said there is some loss of involvement in the festivities and rides because we are not part of the visiting population. In fact, we do a lot less riding during these weeks just to avoid the traffic. Regular group rides with Hog and/or the Sothern Crusiers are non-existent and the dealer sponsored rides are just not what we care to do.

And JFYI. during these special weeks or not, I do not frequent any biker bars or the like. So, for these reasons I avoid Main Street in Daytona and places like the Iron Horse, at all costs during these times. Also, at my age when the visitors are partying, I'm sleeping, but that is just me.

We do like to visit the vendors and tend to do that very early in the day while most are still sleeping off the night before's activities. We may visit other surounding dealerships just to see what is going on and get some trinkets. If my son comes down from NC, we will do some riding, but when we do "we will get out of Dodge".

During the '18 Biketoberfest and '19 Bike Week my son and I, while out for a ride with our Lady's, wound up visitingt Seminole Harley. In '18 he wound up upgrading his '06 King for a '16 SG and then this past Bike Week in March he bought a slick looking '06 Springer for his wife. He said the trips down are getting way too exspensive...I wonder why?

However, I do understand because, while he was dealing with buying the Springer, I wound up test riding the '19 SGS which I decided to purchase. ***So even for a resident, it can be a costly week.

Just to wrap this up, being a resident during these weeks is a little bittersweet because it really is not a VACATION type week for us. Since we can visit the beaches all year, ride A1A and the Loop everyday if we want or buy T-shirts on Main Street whenever the mood strikes, we tend to avoid the invading crowds and limit our riding during these weeks. We do look forward to these weeks, but the quiet the Monday after is also very welcomed!
