I kept My 2020 Road Glide Limited for long rides, it has 32k on it as of today. And bought the 2021 Heritage 114 for commute and a break from the largess of the touring bike. Yes, after riding the new Heritage suspension I wondered what is wrong with HD that they can't make a touring bike with a decent suspension. I spent over $1,000 upgrading and it still rides like the 1999 design it is. Like Chit!
I had 2014 Heritage and put on Progressive monotube cartridges front and rear 442 with rap rear. What a difference that made.
Bought a 2019 heritage 114 and it’s suspension was good but I liked my 2014 suspension upgrade better.
I recently bought a 2021 Ultra Limited and fully enjoy the ride. I might change the front with progress monotube cartridges.
I went on a 23 cross country trip 6800 miles and truly no issues with suspension.
