I'm curious about the geometry of this frame. On my previous Dyna low riders, i had good hand position with 8" rise T bars. However on this frame initial measurements seem to point to 10 or 12" for the equivalent hand position. Maybe I'm wrong and am remembering incorrectly, but it seems like the upper triple tree is lower. Anyone had a Dyna and seeing similar?

10 or 12" rise will require longer upper brake and clutch cables it seems, which are easy enough, but the handlebar controls and twist throttle are a bit harder to get if I want to keep all HD for warranty purposes...

My 2019 LowRider is at the dealership. I should pick it up next week. I had them install the black exhaust on the midnight blue bike. I really like that. I am interested in being able to swap back-and-forth between the stock seat and a solo seat. It appears that the rear fender is already drilled for both screw locations. Is it just a simple matter of pulling out the plug that's in the solo seat location and replacing it with a threaded insert?

You mean black heat shields, right? I was thinking about that. Two hose clamps per shield, I guess 8 total. Pretty easy.

Me too mate! I think it's getting to be summer there, riding here getting a bit chilly. I gotta remember that 50's is leather weather, hoodie and denim jacket just wasn't cutting it today.

Saw this in your pic by the Dam.

So Jeff, when you see a motorcycle with a gremlin bell on it, know that it is protected by the powerful magic of the bell. More importantly, know that the bell is a sign of true friendship and is a caring gift from one fellow biker to another. It is also a thoughtful and important gift for new bikers welcomed into the community, as it gives them a positive outlook on the ideals of brotherhood and special bond within the community , Cheers Mate your a Champ and a good genuine Fellow Biker Jeff, My Work mate is 54 yrs old and buying a Fat Bob first Harley been on Rice burners before. Guess i will do the right thing and Gift him a Gremlin bell so what goes around comes around its called Karma good deeds get noticed..........
