If I lay a straight edge across the gauges, the risers fall right in line on that angle.

Still having trouble getting mine legal!!! 
I bought it from a Florida dealer back in January and the bike has been in my garage for a month, but Harley only released the lien a week ago. The dealer sent me an assignment of title for the Florida electronic title. Today, the Virginia DMV told me they needed a paper title! How are you supposed to do this with an electronic title anyway??? Called the dealer. They're sending someone to the DMV today. I'd be pissed except it's February, it's still cold, and I've got the flu.
Really want this done with so I can start my mods! Already got the HD detachable saddlebags and the turn signal relo kit, but afraid to do much more before I have the bike actually titled in my name.
