You have to air the suspension close to the stock height if you’re looking for a comfortable ride, I usually dump the air when I get off, or drop it a bit if I know the road is smooth. The ride quality with it aired up is about the same as the stock shock, maybe slightly better as you can adjust rebound on the fly with one of the switches, certainly nowhere near the ride quality of an ohlins or Racetech shock but I wanted the adjustability of height.
here is a pic of the air with the stock fender.
No offense, I love you bike better like this. the fenders flow with the design of the bike. Some people hate the gap in the rear of the stock fender. getting rid of that gab with these aftermarket potato chip tire hugging fenders just looks like an eye sore. the breakout already has beautiful lines. The stock fender flows even if the bike is not slammed and whatever height the bike is the stock rear fender accents the bike. if your not slammed parked looking at ones bike with choking the chicken looking at it, it looks messed up when the chip hugging aftermarket tire hugging fender ride height is lifted for rideability and clearance IMHO it looks worse then the stock fender.

Brought the bike home last night after purchasing it a month ago. The bike has under 100 miles and is a 2018. Today I added the alarm siren, changed over the blinkers to the led halo, installed red plug wires, and removed all the passenger items. Bags are put away if needed for future rides. I also removed the extended forward controls from the previous owner and will be listing it for sale. As I rode home yesterday I fell in love with riding again since loosing my 2008 fat bob years ago. What a thrilling ride!

u don't have to buy the hi dollar *** signal splitter. Locate where the rear light wiring harnesses plug up to the main harness under the seat. On the main side of the plug u have 4 wires. The other plug has 3. Just tap into the 4th wire and there's ur brake light wire.
Hey guys...does anyone know if an older(2015) Breakouts wheels will fit on a 2018 and newer?
Not without fabrication of spacers for the rear. I have the chrome Turbines on my 2020 Breakout and the rear needed machined spacers but the front will fit fine. And the chrome Turbines are fitted for only 2013-2017 breakouts.
