Anyone have any experience with using a recurve vs a flat windshield on a 18+ Heritage? Thinking about a Rifle or a LRS. I've owned many LRS shields, but all were on touring bikes. Recommendations?
I just installed a Freedom Shields 17" recurve on my '19 Heritage. Rode it once, it does make an improvement over stock. I went with the stock look, clear shield with black bottom. I feel it was a good move.
How tall are you and does it still allow you to look over the windshield? If I'm not mistaken the stock one that came on it is 16"?

I've got a 16" LRS on my '18 Heritage. I'm 5'10". I have a HD Sundowner seat which positions me about the same as the stock seat. I also have JES wind deflectors. Very happy with this setup.
I'm only 5' 9" but I have stumpy legs and a long torso. When I bought my Deluxe I got the Harley 18" Windscreen. That was woefully too short for me. I just installed and took a test ride with my Freedom 21" recurve replacement shield. Perfect height for me and the air is much more calm. Glad I made the switch.
I've got a Freedom 16-17" over stock, all tinted I'd sell. I'm sorting out my seats still but it's still a few inches short, I'm 6'2 and have to duck into it, works ok though but too small.
