So I went in to the dealership and was originally looking at a road king. I am 5'2" and couldn't even test ride it as my one foot couldn't even reach the ground. So I test rode the heritage, my feet were not completely flat foot, but enough to test ride.
I purchased the Heritage. 2019 114.
The only complaint I have so far are the bags. I feel that I am losing quite a bit of space for storage. I did have a 2014 Heritage.
Does anyone know how much space I am actually losing and what folks do to compensate? (i.e. new bags from a 3rd party vendor, etc)
Congrats. Yes lots of 3rd party bag options. I initially missed my RK bag capacity, but honestly I just pack less and I’ve been fine with the Heritage bags so far. I may swap bags down the road, but carries enough that it’s not as big a priority as I first thought. Enjoy the new ride.
