No I can't. BUT, I can tell you they didn't work with my 2019 Low Rider when I installed the 4.5" risers, even though the dealer said they would. Good thing I got the dealer to guarantee they would or the cost of the extensions and their installation was on the dealership. FYI: I really like the 4.5" risers; much more comfortable riding position and better low speed control.

I just ordered a "Slim" riser for the Heritage that the dealer said will fit without extensions, it's 1.5" up and back from stock. Parts book said NO extensions needed and parts girl looked up and stock Slim and Heritage riser were the same part number. We'll see. Comes in later in the week and I'll put it on as soon as it arrives and post results. I need about 2" back for this 70YO back and this riser "should" be the ticket.
