My 2018 Heritage has about 22,000 miles but suddenly it's up to 38,000 miles since I had it serviced about 8 weeks ago though I'm not saying the service caused the problem because I haven't been keeping track of it. I know I haven't ridden more than about 1500 miles since then. If I zero the trip counter those numbers are pretty crazy too doing about double what I am actually traveling.
Of course the warranty has expired but I did buy an extended warranty when the bike was new from HD.
Questions are:- what's causing this, can it be fixed and can the odomoter be put back to where it should be approximately otherwise I'll never be able to sell the bike one day!
