Not heard of any, if it's in warranty, take it to the dealer and get them to sort it out. If it's not in warranty

Item 20 should solve your woes.

What is required is a top hat shaped plug that is wider than the opening for the lock, fits over the barrel and level with the bag top to stop water running in, if flexible enough you could push the lock button down to open the bag without removing it..... However not come across anything like what is required.

I assembled my own when I purchased them for my Deluxe. They don't leak. If they did I would disassemble and reassemble with silicone.

I totally agree with you and am looking at pipe plugs have found one that may work so am going to give that a try only thing is you would need to remove it to use the lock.

the problem is the water sits in the recess and fills up then leaks into the bag,

,
That's exactly the problem we have, does not get in when riding, more so when parked up and water sits in the recess, the silicone route doesn't seem too fully stop it once the recess fills up, thus the idea of stopping it filling up when left parked up!
