Default Need advice. Crash Bar install gone wrong

So it's not the crash bar that went wrong but attempting to take off the last and final bolt I needed to install the thing. Of course with my luck, or maybe it being 2021, that the last bolt strips. It won't grab so I'm looking for ideas on how to get it off. Those bolts all seemed to be super glued until it would finally break. Had to use a breaker bar to get them to break loose. A buddy of mine suggested a manual impact driver. Anyone have experience with this type of situation? Here's a pic

I just did this.
After it stripped:
I used a drift and a heavy hammer to hit the bolt head and flatten it just a bit.
Made sure I had a good T45 Torx bit and hammered it into the bolt.
Applied heat to the frame.
I did use a 1/2 to 3/8" adapter so I could use my larger 1/2" ratchet.
I already bought new allen button head bolts to replace these.

Some heat is the secret. It softens the Loctite compound in the threads.

I had the same problem with a couple of bolts when installing my forward controls on my FXLRS

I had one strip once so badly that I bought jbweld and epoxied a nut to it and used a socket on a breaker bar to remove it. Fun times.
that is kinda last resort stuff.

Check parts list as some screws have a lock patch which is not Loctite.

Try a metric that you have to drive in and some heat.

Torx is torx. I don't see a difference depending on the thread cut.
