Ginzchoppers, yes, I'm very familiar with their products. Very well made and heavy duty. You won't need their quick disconnect hardware, allen bolts from the mounting brackets up into the sissy bar. Less than 5 mins to remove it/install it.
Pic below was my '14 Deluxe. Their web page says for the M8's too, imagine that.

I looked at these guys, almost everything they have is rigid mount. I'm looking for tall, with quick detach. Don't know why Harley doesn't offer tall sissy bar for M8 Heritage. All they have is low and standard, and both are too low for me.
