I've come across a few threads and seen people running the Cobra Chrome tires as well as the Metzeler Cruisetecs. Have anyone used the Bridgestone Exedra tires? They look pretty good and I can get them in a stock front and 200/60 rear fitment. Height is the same front to rear @ 25.4 diam.
According to this product brochure, the stock sizes using the Excedra are bias tires. The Excedra max are the ones that are radials. The rear tread pattern is slightly different to tell the difference.
I too am curious what tire sizes to go with, but I'm not liking the 150 on the front as it looks just so big. I was wanting to go with a 130 or a MT90 front tire (which is basically a 130-ish tread width), but want to stick with the 180 and 70 profile in the rear. Another option I was exploring was the Dunlop Elite 4 tires. They're somewhat new design. But everywhere I look--the elite 4 tires are SO expensive! Quite considerably more than the Bridgestones...
