Hey folks!
Installed full V&H short shots recently and not sure if this is the culprit, but I noticed when I tried to fire her up that I had check engine and no throttle response whatsoever.
I even got the V&H FP3 and ecu mapped it and no codes popped up. Yet on the bike still have check engine. (Diagnosed and had a code for rear brake voltage but cleared it after looking at rear brake plug and noticed it was fine along with the cable wiring fine). So now Im out of options
Please help! !
I have a 2018 (throttle by wire) FXBB. Just got her too.
I know I cant bring in to stealership because pipes would void my warranty.
Thanks

FP3 and age of bike kills warranty so what's the diff.

I just got the warranty with my purchase a month ago.
Although I did not know they could tell an fp3 was used in the ecm and itd void it as well. That sucks.
But you have any help for my bike ?
I'm with Durhaman...recheck the o2 connections. Make sure they're not crossed up. Unplug, clean and put dielectric grease in the plug for the throttle body and make sure it's plugged in correctly. You should put the stock tune back in first and see if that clears the issue. You're worried about loosing the warranty if you bring it to the dealer...so what's the sense of having the warranty if you can't use it anymore? It's gotta be something simple that's wrong, it's just going to take a little diagnosis to figure it out...you'll get there.
