I put in my order with Surdyke and it turns out the upper support is VIN restricted. How were you able to purchase that Basically Anonymous? They are telling me I have to own an ST to buy it.

my local dealership placed the parts order for me and I had all parts shipped to the dealer and then picked it all up from them.

I called the local dealer I do business with and they told me the same thing, the top bracket is VIN required. I guess I could make a bracket. Looks like they will sell you everything else you need.

What they are telling me is it has to be an ST vin number. This may be something they just instituted to keep people from updating older models like I want to do.

Yeah, I'm sure you are. I went ahead with the order. I work for a sheet metal company, so if I can't buy the bracket, I'm sure it can be fabricated.

2 updates...

1. Klockwerks is ready. just got the email from them to order, asking for payment. $250 tho. I'm really reluctant to spend that on a damn 6".
2. that made me think up a new idea and I'm trying another alternative add-on lip...get's here tomorrow. stoked on it. will report back.
