I'm not sure it would work for the main problem, which, as stated above, sometimes you have to lean the bike WAY OVER TO THE RIGHT, to get the damn thing to engage. Especially if you're trying to park on an incline. The only thing that's stopped me from dropping the bike to that side several times is my superhuman strength.
