Molex brand plugs are used. You can disassemble and remove the wires from the old plug and reuse that. Are the new wires just bare wires now? So you'll need the proper molex connectors also.

I haven't removed the seat and had a look at it yet as I know I need the connector plug so what's the point til I have it is my thinkinthinkinyoy gkt a lic if what molex connectors look like?
You'll need an entire molex kit. Post a photo of the harness plug you want to go into.
Why not reuse the wiring removed?
There is no tail light on the bike. The rear indicators are the tail lights I guess. Is there a plug in the loom that can be used for this after market tail light ya?I haven't looked under the seat yet

Yes, there's a plug you can use.
Under the seat on the right side near the back of the petrol tank you will find three connectors in a clip. One of them will look like this. This will currently have two black wires coming out of it one being an earth, the other is providing power to your number plate light
The female (loom) side of this connector will have three wires going into it. Blue = bike on, power on. Black = earth. Blue & Red = brake light power. Connect tail light to blue, brake to blue / red, earth to black. You will also need to splice whatever wire you have connected to the Blue for n. plate light power.
To buy the connector and sockets to avoid buggering up your OEM one see this chap in Northampton. Very helpful.
