Since I installed my SHOTGUN SHOCKS I do not scrape entering my local Mobil station that I fuel up at every Sunday before my rides. I love this air ride!
Jesus you guys are killing me . I waive the white flag. I am going to go against my better judgement and I am going to order them within the next few weeks or so . My new ride should be here this morning and i'll use that as my guinea pig .
Yup, the only way to fly. JD made a custom wiring harness for Truckbizz as well to suit his needs. What a guy. Then he bought my other buddies Road King that he was selling. And then he fed us all. He is a class act all the way around.
When it comes to Harley's, leave your judgment behind. 5 years ago I would not have dreamed of spending the kind of money I have on my bike, but in hindsight it has all been worth it in one way or another. My Harley gets whatever she wants. Hit me up when you are ready to buy for my discounted pricing.
Yup x 100,No scraping any more. This is a huge reason I changed from the 422 s to the shotgun shock.Plus you get the added benefits of a comfortable ride. And the cool factor of slamming your ride when parked is off the chain. In the pic you can see how steep my driveway is.I used to have to drive on my grass and walk my bike out on an angle to get out without scraping. Now air it all the way up and I can glide right out no problems. And yes I run 39"cholos s well.Shotgun Shock FTW.
A tip for slamming it. Use the rebound to lower it all the way and release teh air from teh rebound when you want to air it back up. It is much faster to get it all the way up and set where you want it. I do everything fast. LOL
LMAO!!! Im averaging 1 1/2 days on the softail forums before our lovely moderators move my thread to the air ride section. So should there be a tire section if you talk about tires? Or a Handle Bars Section if you talk about handle bars? This is getting ridiculous! I paid my money to support the site, now they need to support my wishes to leave this in the Softail section. Just my thoughts what do you guys think?
