Default Softail Air Suspension ?

Can anyone tell me. If there,s a set of air shocks made with OUT all the electronics and pump. I would like to just set them and forget them. Because I just ride solo on my Deuce. Thanks

I think that if you're just riding solo then you would be better off saving your money and going with Progressives.

+1 if you don't need the on-the-fly adjustability or air shocks. Then Progressive 422s or 422hd is the way to go, much less expensive as well.

Can air shocks allow you to ride any lower than 422's? Or can you not really ride much lower than the 2" even with air shocks due to bottoming out?

Yes,

You can slam a softail 5 inches or better with a Shotgun shock. I ride mine slammed. a little stiff, but looks bad.

Sweet, that's all I needed to know. I love slammed, but I liked the 400 dollar price of 422's. Go big or go home, Shotgun here I come.

My FB is up getting Shotgun's now. Went up to check out the work being done on my SB yesterday.....Tech had just finish some SG's on a X Bones and showed me how they worked, pretty trick. Especially when he slammed the bike and the swing arm folded up.
