Payner if you are still looking to use that stock amp if I remember correctly from what Iron Cross Audio told me a while back the Harley amp and aftermarket head unit just won't work. The CAN wires are meant for logic, not a constant voltage. Here is a page that explains it better than I can.
@uplandpinter are you using the DSR1,?if so how do you like it sofar? Pros and Cons.
No not yet. I have it all hooked up but I have had nothing but **** poor customer service. I have been trying to down load the app so I can install the program. Every time I go to my email to set the pass word so I can finish the install I get a message that says invalid request. When I called them I was put on hold then dropped multiple times. Tried to send a email request for help but there was not a category for the DSR1 (that I could find) so I had to ask a question under a different category
Hopefully I will have better luck in a day or two. At least I got my bike cleaned up while I was waiting for a response.
