Bike is back from builder and I'm planning on putting my BT system in this weekend. So tired of looking at these boxes and wondering how they sound! LOL
Well, I bought my BT4180, 7.1's for the fairing, 6.5's for converting my lowers, the paint matched conversions for the lowers, and Kappa's for the rear pods, have well over $2,000 invested, purchased before the group buy, and I'm waiting to install it.
It seems alot of you guys have 2013 or earlier bikes that have installed your group buy stuff.
With all the flash issues with the 2014 and 2015's, I am seriously thinking about not installing all my stuff and actually selling it. To install it and have it not working the way it is supposed to could be very upsetting.
To all who have installed and love it, I'm awfully jealous.

I know exactly where you're coming from. I have my 4180 installed with the 7.1 Pros and the 5x7 HATs installed in the lids - I just need to put the lids on the bike. I have not had it flashed yet, but without any flash it sounds pretty bad at anything above 2 or 3 bars. If I can not get it worked out, I'm not sure what I will do. To have this much $$ invested, I expect killer results. I will get the flash after I get my exhaust and heavy breather installed and take it to the dealer to get tuned and a flash at the same time - hopefully next week, but we will see.
Back on 2/23/2015 I posted how happy I was with the new set up....well now with the warmer weather, more riding time, and clear blue skies, I'm a happy camper! I think my Sony HU top number for volume is 50...I can't get it past 37 and that is at 70MPH. I can't imagine what some guys are looking for, as this system is more than awesome....clear, no distortion, and heart pumping! Maybe y'all need to listen to a little more hard rock and no more soft stuff. Try some old Rolling Stones and ride baby ride! On my USB port I have 706 of them (Rolling Stones) am I missing any?
Like one other poster mentioned do it once, you will be sooooo much farther ahead!
