I took some of my Wifes nice black leg stockings and wrapped them with that, looks a lot better than stock mesh. I wasn't sure I wanted to show off what I had as far as seeing the speaker itself.
I bought the CVO grills to cover the Infinity 62.11s I'm putting in my lowers. The outer ring of the grill doesn't sit flush and protrudes out of the speaker pod about an 1/8". Not a happy camper. Gotta find a way to cut the outer ring down before I paint it.
I am using the Hawg Wired Punched Steel Mesh Grills really like them.
Acc, I like those. Are these the same as what you have? https://m.denniskirk.com/4000052.sku?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cse&gclid =CLzQ2deYi8QCFQKTaQod1I8AgQ
What are you using for adapter rings? the ones from eastern perf. have only 3 mounting holes to attach to the fairing. I think it should work fine, but just would like to be sure. I figured out (duh) that I can actually take the cloth grills off of the stock mounting rings as they're just held on with double sided tape so I might use those, but I like those punched grills much better.
Dug, I really like those burst covers! Also, is that a stogie hanging off your handlebars in your pics?
We are supposed to start turning the corner weather-wise, so I'll be installing the new system in the next week or so, I'll be sure to post my thoughts. Can't wait!

Thank you Shadowbennie. Yes I think those are same as Dennie Kirk sell the Hawg Wired model number UG5252. I am using Arc Audio rings but I don't think you'll have any problem mounting these with any rings. Here's Hawg Wired link for grills.

Thanks acc, ended up getting those grills, I thought about just getting some kind of metal mesh folder deal at an office supply store & cutting some out, but I really liked those hawg wired grills for the balance of seeing thru just enough & not too much.
