I just installed the J&M rocker setup on our 2015 Ultra. Had the Dealer flash as directed. I have half the punch through the bluetooth, but if I plug my phone into the USB, it sounds great.

Any ideas?
You need to turn your Bluetooth settings up on your HU or phone.

I tried to go with ARC complete system, but they have nothing to fit the rear pods according to them.
It come down to wanting a plug and play. Wife was nervous about the warranty issues if it wasnt as the bike had 300 miles on it.
Know a guy that works at the Dealership who installs several of the Boom 2 systems and the J&M and he finds many folks with blown Boom speakers and never a complaint from the J&M.
Admittedly, I think my old bike sounded better with more kick with the old HC receiver and two JL audio amps and speakers.
Looked at the Fosgate systems and were not that impressed with their amps and I was a long term fosgate lover from the car installs.
I would say the volume on the phone as Gannicus pointed out. When hooked up to the USB the phone volume doesn't come into play as you are accessing just files. Through Bluetooth the phone volume does come into play. I deal with it in my car every day.
