I found another glitch today,, got a phone call into BT. I have no bass or treble adjustment. The place it there, the lines move, but ZERO difference in sound. From top to bottom of range. I'll have questions to BT about my fader, and bass treble adjustment. I did the Pre-cal reset again after discovering the bass/treble problem.

So, I just talked to Biketronics, (Wasn't Bill) Not sure of his name, but he hadn't heard this yet,, went to talk to other techs,, no one had. I'm the first to report the lack of "Equalizer" function,, as I said above, it's there,, it LOOKS normal, the bars light up, move up and down. But zero difference in sound. He asked if I'd be able to wait to see what they find out,, I said sure,, I don't want to keep running to the dealer ans throwing them 35.00..... I told him fader isn't important to me,, but I'd like the Bass/Treble to work,,, Although it sounds Good this way, I'd like the adjustment option!

I did discover a new artist that sounds INCREDIBLE on this system,Alanis Morissette; You Live, You Learn, Uninvited, to name just a couple of songs,,, I'll post video on it,, my Daughters boyfriend is a musician,,and is AMAZED at this system,, and her vocals just show it off to no end!

The tech didn't know anything about BIN Files, he simply goes by what the instructions on their computer does,, (or what Biketronics had in their instructions) I don't know if he could direct to a specific bin file?

Jim, just so you don't feel alone. My bass & treble functions no longer function as they should also, it has been that way for months. Sure, the bars move up & down, but nothing happens. As the system sounds pretty darn decent most of the time (BT setup, 2180 & only fairing speakers), I just let it go for now.

Jim, just so you don't feel alone. My bass & treble functions no longer function as they should also, it has been that way for months. Sure, the bars move up & down, but nothing happens. As the system sounds pretty darn decent most of the time (BT setup, 2180 & only fairing speakers), I just let it go for now.
I wonder if a sticky post for BT only and things like this would be a good idea? That way all of us BT owners could follow it and keep up to date on others issues and BT's answers?
