speaker choice between kappas or mm651
i have a 2012 ultra limited. installer new lwr fairing speaker pods. stock hu, ss pn41000d, 2 arc moto602 in upper fairing and wanting to add 2 more speaks for the lwr fairing. trying to choose between the polk audio mm6561 and the infinity kappas 62.11i. any thoughts? would get better speakes for the lwr but budget dictates you know,,lol thanks in advance for you help

IMO the Polks have better bottom end, but in my experience I could never get a set to last longer than about 6 months or so. In fact, after the third set I went with the Kappa's. That was a couple of years back, maybe they've fixed the problem by now with the Polks. The Kappa's aren't bad, and I ran them for at least a year. They sound 'brighter' to me.

I ran the Polks and the Kappas, overall I give the nod to the Infinity speakers. They were louder, no crossovers to mount, and they don't have the failure issues. This time I saved up a bit and bought Hertz HSK165s, better than both the others!
