I just purchased this on Amazon for $92. https://www.cobra.com/products/recreational/c-75-wx-st It should fit under the Fairing even with an amp already mounted. (I hope!) One hand operation with all of the controls and displays in the hand unit. This would work best with a unit that has a rear AUX. For mine I am going to run it under and up into the front AUX. I will report back when I receive it and have it installed.
That looks like a great option. Please post back on how the install goes. I'm in the process of swapping my HU and would like a CB option in the future for occasional group rides.

I have an Ultra Limited which already has a CB antenna. If you do not have an antenna you will need to install one.
Received the unit. The under dash part is pretty small. Problem is the antenna connector size is different than the Harley CB antenna. Trying to find an adapter...
Latest issue - I was going to run the external speaker output into the AUX input. However, you cannot do that because it is expecting to power a speaker not a low level input. I am sure there is a way to get it done but I do not know what it is. The other two options are to use the speaker in the microphone or add an external speaker. I am guessing I will not be able to hear the microphone speaker very well. The external speaker will sound better, however, I am not sure how it will look or where to mount it. Another bonus of this setup is I don't need to plug into the AUX and it works while stereo is playing.
I have the same CB mounted in an aftermarket fairing on my RKCVO. I also installed a radio with a rear aux input. There is no issue plugging the speaker out on the CB into the aux in on the aftermarket radio, don't know about he factory radio though.
The install is complete. It was not that difficult. I decided to buy an inexpensive external speaker. Testing continues with that. I may run it into the AUX instead if I cannot hear clearly at speed. Overall I am very happy with this setup. I will post pictures later.

Update: The external speaker test is complete. It sounds great sitting still, fairly intelligible at 40mph. But cannot hear it at freeway speeds. So I will be running the external speaker plug into the AUX. I did find a cable to step down the decibles - I will be purchasing that and giving it a try.
