Got the amp and speaker package for 2015+ and was working great. Was on a ride yesterday and all of the suddnen the right speaker became nearly inaudible. Have to hold ear right up to it to hear anything. Not getting any distortion, does not sound "blown".
Swung by the dealership and they reflashed and got no help there. Reflash was standard.
could be a million things man. Only way to know is by taking the fairing off.
Loose wire, lose RCA, bad terminal, frayed wire, blown speaker, blown channel, etc. Whoever installed it, once you take the fairing off it should be easy to locate.
Had a situation like this not to long ago.. A friend had a brand new system put in his bike and was riding down the road and the same thing happened.. the one just stopped playing. His was a simple fix though.. we removed his fairing and saw that one wire was just a little loose.. clamped it on a little tighter and he was ready to roll. It won't be hard for the guy who installed it to figure out whats happening.

Cool, thanks. Calling Biketronics this morning and then taking it in. Most likely a loose RCA cable.
