I had talked to Iron Cross through email. Didn't have a chance to call. They informed me that when they have inserts that won't reseat they replace the entire case.
I JB welded the insert in place and the next day it was solid. While I was in there I did the AUX out of the rear. Placed the radio back in with the Alloy Art fairing braces and went absolutely nuts over a week long period trying to get everything lined up properly (which ended up being my fault for getting frustrated and missing a step).
All is back together as of last night and seems to be good.
