Need an amp recommendation other than the 4180 for running 4 or the HAT/biketronics 6x9s without tweeter. This is for a buddies build and he wants to be able to set gains.
The sound stream is warm with really good power (140x4 @ 4ohm) but the power is not as clean as the arc amp.
The arc is a little brighter but good power (150x4 @ 4ohm) with better sound quality.

Great recommendations. I would also throw in the Diamond HXM 800.4
rated at 120x4 at 4ohm( however prove to put out 20 to 30 percent more power than rating) also has a built in clip light to assist with tuning.

Quick question you said earlier it's 120x4? So what would be a pro versus the arc Moto at 150x4?
Mine on my bike tested out at 167x4 at 4. I also like the hxm more than the arc for its warmer sound (my opion) and the arc is 150 at 4 or 2 ohm while the hxm has 200x4 at 2 ohm wiring capabilities( also still produces more than rating in applications). To me just a all around better amp. Again just my opinion
