Ok now I am a little closer but still confused as to which of the options provide the best performance within my criteria.
*As powerful and loud as my 2180 (running both fairing and lowers in parallel)
*Better SQ than my 2180
*Fits on my BT mounting plate and
*Keeps fm
*Keeping my Focals in the fairing and the BT Titan II 6.5 in the lowers. No bag or Pac speakers in the future.
So it's been suggested.. in no particular order:
1) Diamond HXM 800.4
2) ARC 600.4
3) Hertz HDP 4 (looks huge though)
What is the consensus of the experts?

Billable, if you the JM Amp tray you can fit a much larger amp in that location and it opens up a bunch of options. I also wouldn't get TOO hung up on numbers. I've heard amps that have a higher RMS rating, but an amp with less power had better SQ, better warmth and the "sound" from the speaker on the highway sounded louder because of this.
Where are you in Florida? If you are close to Miami, come on down.

I've had the Arc and presently running the Hertz HDP4. Can't speak to the Diamond aside from the fact that I see plenty of them for sale in the classifieds and facebook. Not a good sign!! Anyway I love the Hertz! So my suggestion with your set up would be the Hertz with the JM amp tray. The Arc is a beast as well but not with your speakers. The Focals will sound good with the Arc but the Titan II speakers. Not so much. Been there.

Keith - when you next have the fairing off can you take and attach a few pics of the mounted HDP-4 amp in your scoot, are you also using the J&M tray?
Has the same damn amp chassis as the HDP-4 and my HDP-4 fits like the JM amp tray was built for it.

After helping me get my Hertz crossovers to fit and telling me about putting the batting on the outer fairing cover - I think I might be making the switch over to the HDP-4 amp and JM amp try
Thanks
