14 Boombox Problem

14 Boombox Problem
14 Ultra
6.5 Boombox 1.20.4
XM portable receiver on the handlebars.
In 2014, I had a dealer flash the radio to turn on Aux 3.
I hooked the L, R & Grd of the XM Line Out to the (CB?) connector.
It has worked fine for 3 years.
As of Tuesday, I have 4 speaker audio with the AM. FM and USB Flash drive mp3's, BUT No Front Right Speaker when listening to XM.
I updated to 1.20.4 hoping no change.
Anyone else see this?
Any suggestions?
I figure something has happened to a solid state switch in the boombox, so the right front speaker isn't getting the audio. Rear Right is OK.
I'll try updating the S/W to 1.20.4
I stopped by the dealer, they never heard of anything like this.
I have the extended warranty, but thought I would run this by the forum, before I give it to the dealer for a change out of the radio.
