Currently running a Reckless fairing on my Road King with the following:
Infiniti PRV250 head unit
MB Quart NA1400.2 amp
Polk Audio DB651 speakers
Dynamat covering 85% of inside fairing
I'd like to get a little more volume, maybe a little more bass if possible. What would be a good speaker upgrade? Would a 6x9 offer anymore sound with more cone area? How about the Alpine SPR-m700 7" marine speakers?

That little amp is a beast! Throw a set of Arc Moto 602 speakers in there. They will scream with 200W and they are about the best speakers out there for bass in a 6.5 speaker.
How do you like your Reckless? I have one on my RK and love it. Made some changes on it like redid their mounting brackets because I did not like how it sat on the bike and also installed a Klock Werks windshield. I have 6x9's in mine.

Wowsers, might be the most pricey co-axials I've looked at but that would give me those extra Polk's to put in my lower fairings......

Other then that its a great fairing.
Bruce
Love the fairing, especially since I bought it of CL for $250 minus correct brackets and had it color matched. I put a Klock Werks on mine also, the original windshield had to go.
