Default 2 Speaker, Amp, and HU Suggestions-Help Needed!!

I've read so many post today that I'm in need of some help. Been looking at Haze and Gannicus' posts and would love a setup list.

Saw Arc Audio Moto 602's & Kappa 62.11 over and over for speakers, and JL MHX 280/4, Cerwin Vega B54 and others for the amps.

2011 completely stock Street Glide, looking for a HU with BT along with Amp (4 Channel) and Speakers (Bridged so 4 ohm) setups that will be more loud/clear than bass. Thanks!

Didn't really have a set dollar amount in mind, ideally under $700

-HU: could go with Sony MEX-M70BT $200 plus $100 for mounting kit and thumb control
-AMP: B54 or SS PN4.1000D $150-180
-Speakers: Kappas are good for the money but they are 2 ohm. Haven't ran them personally. $100.
- Misc: Wiring and speaker adaptor $50ish

If you really want something loud and clear, go with Mmats and a set of horns (Audiopipe are great for the money). Put horns in gauges: take out air temp and volt. Your looking at around $200.

Would the AD CX62 go best with the Cerwin B54 or B52? Also, Bridged?

Cerwin Vega B52 not bridged. They are 4 ohm speakers and the B54 works better with two ohm speakers.

Whatever you do, don't buy the ARC Audio. Bought mine in Summer 2015 MPAK AMP speaker combo and matched it to a Jensen HD1BT. The unit lasted about 15 months. Even with the radio off it made a high pitched squeal so loud I couldn't start the bike. The squeal hurt the speakers so after about 10 hour of road time the system started to cut out. Took it back to the shop, they called ARC and the tech told them to send the amp back. the amp just got back on Monday (20 days later) and the problem still exists. The shop called ARC and they are blaming the speakers. It's ARC Audio Speakers! and they're not willing to stand behind them! Even though they were blown out by their failed AMP. The best they'll do is point me to their 12 month warranty. ANY Stereo component that lasts less than 2 years is a POS! And any company that hides behind a 12 month warranty knows their selling a POS.

That system is poorly matched. I have no idea what Arc was thinking pairing up a 70 watt amp @ 4 ohms with the Moto 602 speakers. On the other hand I'm not sure how that amp at 70 watts blew those speakers. It's beyond comprehension! It's sad to hear they are not standing behind their speakers if they were purchased directly from Arc.
