Okay guys, after much deliberation and time, I have finally begun the process of adding the amp and speakers into my '07 Ultra. I don't ride two up anymore and very rarely have the tourpak on so I'm going with a four speaker system, fairing and lowers. The pods are already in the lowers and I have the following either here or on the way.
(1) Cerwin Vega B54
(1) PAC SNI-35 Variable LOC
(4) Infinity Kappas 6211i Speaks
(2) Metra 82-9601 Speaker Adapters
Do I need another LOC? And is there anything else I will need other than power and ground wires and miscellaneous connectors, shrink tubing, zip ties and stuff I can get at Home Depot?
Are there particular RCA connectors I should use. I have a boxful of RCA cables but wouldn't mind buying the Right ones.
Many thanks to all those who share their insight here on the greatest motorcycle audio forum on the planet (I took some liberty there but it's probably true.)

Stinger 4000 series are the RCA's you want. Those infinity's will sound pretty good in the upper and lower fairing with the stock radio if the gains are set correctly. Use a DMM and a 1000Hz test tone. Follow Slye's sticky and you're golden!
Okay thanks Gents. Stingers on the way along with another LOC.
I'll be keeping the HU for now. Maybe a future upgrade but right now too many things climbing the priority ladder. You know man, it's like playing Tetris with cash.

But....this is like buying a new set of true duals and only installing one side. Just doesn't sound right till you finish it.
