Default New system thoughts/what am I missing

Hey fellas so here's a quick run down
12 ultra classic with stock HK radio with 4 factory speakers (2 in fairing 2 in trunk pods). I'm not looking for some crazy system, I just want to be able hear it while doing 80(ish) down the freeway. I do have the HK xm module with the antenna on bracket in fairing, never listen to FM only the sat radio (no CB module).
These are the components I am looking at

PAC SNI-15 x 2
Boss audio 8ga amp install kit
Kicker 41KSC674 6 &3/4" x2 for the trunk pods
Infinity kappa 62.11I x2 for fairing
Sound stream PN4.1000d
Ultra 5.25 to 6.5 adapter x2

Does this look like it will be everything needed?
I know I will lose the FM, but will this affect my XM radio module?
Really don't want to swap the factory HK (mainly cause I paid a metric **** ton for the xm).

Thanks in advance!!!

You will hear that down the highway for sure brother.

I'd add a sheet or two of polyfill behind the fairing speakers and a sheet in the pods. Run a search here for polyfill and you'll find a bunch of pics.

Oh and you don't need an adaptor for your rear pods. The speakers will drop right in. The BOSS amp kit comes with a very short ground cable, it will reach your triple tree....but if you are planning on going to the batter (and that's recommended) you'll need a longer 8awg cable. Oh and second of RCA cables. The BOSS kit only comes with one VERY long one.

Good luck with the install. That's gonna sound great.

This will not affect your XM. Sad part is I've been where you're at. For $35 you can add xm to a aftermarket hu. I bought my xm and ipod set-ups for my stock hu. But after reading everything I could here, bit the bullet and went aftermarket...

Appreciate it fellas! Stuff started rolling in today and have bike torn down and started wiring for the amp. Realized something in the process though....is there any reason I can't use the factory wires that run to the back speakers (cutting and outputting from amp obviously) or should I run all new speaker wire??

Ok so it's all hear and hooked up/dialed in and sounds AMAZING compared to stock......now here is the issue lol. I absolutely cannot get the fairing back on....tried routing the wires every way possible and then just letting it all hang loose...makes no difference it is (wit force) close but I have to push like hell just to get the thing kinda their, I am not cracking a fairing over a stereo. I tried mounting the xm module on the top and bottom of amp/stereo with no luck and even just removing it. The entire point of keeping the stock hu was to keep that dang 400$ Xm module....so now that it looks like I have to remove it (and still can't make fairing fit) would going to a aftermarket hu for sure give me the space I need??? i would rather change the hu than the amp to a smaller one but need to make sure this will free up space.
Open to suggestions/ridicule lol.

How are your speaker faring adapters? Are they larger on one side?

No there is actually a ton of room by the speakers, holding it all in place it's the stock 2 radio harness' that is cruising the issue. With the xm module on the top of amp sitting sideways it hits that to. I'll go snap some pics and see if I can upload.

It looks like a bomb went off in there at the moment but the bottom connectors for the radio seem to be the biggest issue. That and the ones on the right side by the support bracket.

Above is the closest I can get it pushing in on it

Maybe fournierrandy can help you out. He has some pic of his install in this thread. One difference is he is using an aftermarket HU.
I suspect the fairing is hitting the front edges of the amp. Look for scrap marks on the inside of the fairing.
Some have had to grind some plastic of the back of the gauges to slide the amp back further to clear the fairing.
