Happy to help, just note that I am by no means at the level of others here with this stuff. Be sure to ask plenty of questions. You'll get great guidance.
I am starting my install, and looking at the setting on the B52, I know less than zero about stereo equipment, any chance of letting me know the setting you used?
I have looked on here & googled it but cannot find the thread I saw in the past.
I did start a new thread so I dont mess up your info.
your settings are fine with the exception of the "FREQ" dial needs to be set to 80-85Hz. I know there isn't a mark on there that says "80" but you can eyeball it. For setting your amp's sensitivity gain, there is a sticky at the top of the audio section on using a 1000Hz test tone to set voltage output on your amp. The Kappa's are 2 ohm so if you want to send 125W to them, target 15.8 VAC on your digital multimeter. If you don't have one or you want to set by ear, turn the volume on your head unit up to 3/4 volume with a few of your favorite songs playing and turn the amp gain from zero upwards until you hear the speakers take a knee and then back it down. Switch tracks, see how it sounds with a different song. Repeat. This isn't permanent, so just take it slow and move it until you find a spot your ears are happy and the speakers are playing clearly without distortion.
