I would love to have components in my fairing, but the only place where I could put horns are in my opinion way to low.
I'm going to get in touch with Alex to get his opinion. If he thinks that that location will be good I might go with the DDs in the curent 6900 location an open holes for the B3 horns in that location.
I think I said before, but I'm pretty sure that the reason why the 6900s are louder is because of the horn, which by the way is really harsh. All those test were done with a flat EQ, may be EQing the hell out of the 6900s to tame the horns will end with a similar loudness for both speakers.
