I got the HD wireless handset made my Sena didn’t know it that time the Sena 10 is the same model could have 50 uckor so. But the HD headset work great music phone and it hooks to my Boom box not bad.
Well, back to the drawing board. I ordered the Amp Pro dual set and got it in the mail today. I ripped into the exterior box like a kid on xmas. Get to the actual Amp package and hmmmmm. Why is there something that appears to be shrink wrap stuck to a piece of tape holding the box closed (but not surrounding the package itself)? Open it up and take inventory. Hmmm, why are there parts missing from this box?
Grrrrrr. I purchased via Amazon from a company called APEX Performance in Illinois. I sent it back, left the seller (not the product) a 1 star review, and ordered from another vendor. I don't care if you sell open box returns, but if you do it better be at a huge discount and it better be disclosed. Pawning off a return on a customer trying to buy a new product is just low. I wonder how many times they tried that trick and got away with it.
Couldn't edit anymore but wanted to set the record straight. The problem with my package was with Amazon and not APEX Performance. The picture which shows the contents of the box is a stock picture from the manufacturer and is not indicative of what is included in the package that is being sent out. I ordered an identical kit from a different vendor from Amazon and got the exact same thing. Apparently opened box with the exact same pieces "missing". I ended up spending about 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon customer service, eventually spoke with a supervisor, and we were able to figure out what was going on. He credited my order $50 for my trouble and I'll keep the product as-shipped. Hope to report back on results soon!
