Very rough drawing of option A. 4 ohm load on the amp on channels 1&2 and bridged channels of 3&4

just to throw another scenario out there. Say you want to run fairing and lower 6.5s (same 4 speakers) and 8s in the bags or lids. Your amp is 90 watts X 4 @4ohm and 150 watts X 4 @2 ohm. You could potentially run the 6 speakers off of 1 amp and try to get the most out of it with a pro audio setup. The high efficiency of the pro audio will benefit from this.

4 4ohm speakers paralleled on channels 1&2 to make a 2ohm load (amp must be 2ohm stable) and then bridge channels 3&4 to 2 8ohm 8s in the lids or bags. Fairing and lowers could see around 75 watts a piece and the lids or bags could see around 150 watts a piece.

Now a small second amp would need to be used for horns to round out the setup.

Mainly just showing an example of wiring options with high efficient and 8 ohm speakers.

We've come so far in a year on this forum looking at this stuff. It wasn't too long ago that guys were still using Soundstream and Kappas. This is awesome!

Hey now I'm still using my TN4.900D to drive my AW 6.5s, BT30s, TS6900 Pros in the lids and am more than happy.

Thanks all. Explanation and pictures helped.
