Default Gain Settings

I have the PN4-1000D, 2 Polk MM6502 with tweeters in the hogtunes grill, in the faring in stock pods, and LL. Was looking for a little tuning help I know I need the brackets just not ready for that cost as of yet with that being said do the gurus suggest porting and poly filling the pods or just one or the other? what wattage should I be looking to run on these speakers the cut sheet says 125 nom 375 max or adjust to distortion then back off.

Use the sticky about setting amp with digital multi meter. I would guess 150 watts is a good place to start. Then fine adjust the gains by ear. It will give you a good starting point
