Keep Blowing FUSES!

Keep Blowing FUSES!
I took my fairing apart this off season and wanted to clean up the wiring underneath. I disconnected everything but when I was removing the positive power it arced off the battery. Didnt think it was a big deal till I started putting everything together. I noticed that my inline fuse was blown. Replaced it and then noticed my fuses in my ARC MOTO amp were blown. I replaced them. NOW every time I go to connect my positive post on the battery I blow the internal fuses.
Any advise?
Inline was an 80 replaced with a 60 and does not blow
replaced both 30 amp in the amp and they both blow

have you contacted arc about it?
when you connect your positive cable to the battery is there a fuse in the holder? are you installing the correct rated fuses in the amp,,,,,i ask all this stuff cause i recently watched a lot of ARC install videos and i seem to remember them saying to make the battery connection with no fuse in the holder and once everything was connected to install the fuse. unless this has something to do with an internal cap charging up at connection?
i'd call arc customer service and follow whatever directions they give you,,,,if everything else is hooked up correctly and there are no other shorts in the system, there may be an internal issue in the amp
