Default Swapping antenna mounts to opposite sides

I tried the Forum search function and even did a Google search and couldn't find an answer. Has anyone switched it so the antennas on an Ultra with CB were on the opposite sides? Meaning the CB antenna is now on the left side and the radio antenna on the right. The reason being I never listen to the radio, I use my iPod, but I do use the CB. I would like to not have an antenna sticking up on the right side to catch myself on with the Tourpak open and getting into it. That would then leave the only antenna on the bike the CB which would then be on the left.

If I don't get an answer I can of course always remove the Tourpak liner and see if I can make it happen. I was just hoping someone had either done it, or tried to and failed.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Yes, it's not that difficult.

While I don't have the Ultra light bar, I do have the CB antenna mounted in the original FM location. I have a stubby FM antenna mounted under the tourpak next to the license plate using the relocation kit meant for removable tourpaks (which mine is). The issue you will have, and is easy enough to fix, is the CB loading coil connection to the ground plane (plate in TP) is only long enough to reach from the stock location. I just extended the wiring with some grounding strap to a ring terminal, and screwed it in like normal. You'll have to reroute the antenna cable to come up the left side rather than the right, as the length (for me at least) is not sufficient to reach the left side antenna mount.
