Default Amp recommendation?

Upgrading my stock speakers on my 2012 Street Glide to the Infinity Kappa 62.11I's speakers in my fairing and was going to go with a CV B52 amp but possibly looking towards (but not for certain) future expension of my system and eventually putting speakers in my lids and I know the CV B52 is limited to 2 channels. Now looking at the
Cerwin-Vega B54 Stealth Cerwin-Vega B54 Stealth
or the
Soundstream PN4.1000D Soundstream PN4.1000D
(both 4 channel amps)- any thoughts on either of these amps and which will better suit my needs? From what I've read the CV amp has a smaller footprint and would fit better in the fairing than the Soundstream. Thanks!

If you have any plans to expand and are "married" to the Kappas go with the PN4.1000D. It will give you better flexibility with the possible lids.

Let the guys know your budget and they might be able to point you in a better direction, but if you've heard the Kappas and like em go with em.

Spend a tad more and get a stinger and be done with it. Loud, warm and easy to easy to install as all connections are out front.

The Kappa 62.11i's are discontinued. You can still buy them but the newer version is the 62ix and can be found for around the same price or cheaper at some places. The B52 and Kappa is a great combo but if you are looking at possibly expanding later, a 4 channel amp @ at least 100w RMS per channel is what you'd want to look for. The B54 isn't the best choice for 4ch.

I'm not married to the Kappas at all but it seems on this forum and others they are fairly highly-regarded speakers, especially at that price point. Looked at Hertz HCX 165's and that's another option and those get good reviews so that's another option. Any rec's for amps and speakers would be greatly appreciated.

I’m piggybacking on all the great information on this thread.

i’m doing the BT line levelers, stinger amp, mmats faring Speakers, R.F. TMS 69BL14 bag lid kit.

I had a question as I’m assembling things.

My local dealer said do not power up or turn on the Boom head unit (and rest of the new system) until the Boom unit is flashed at the dealer.
i’d like to power everything up and make sure my connections are good before closing in everything.

wondering thoughts of the others who have done this same system and what you did?

thanks in advance

instead of pasting this same exact comment on every single old outdated thread in this forum, you could start your own thread about your specific individual questions and needs. You'd probably get better responses. Just a thought.
