try starting out @ 90hz hi pass and tweeking from there, you are not sending it too much power, if anything it's a little low. I'm running the 8MB600FT's and they are working out ok in the 80HZ range, but I'm trying some different power and wiring configs on them. they definately have more output than the first 8MB450's that i tried out. I tried them (the450's) first because I thought i'd get a better lower response, but it didn't work as well as the FT model. if you have band pass capability you might try running them between 80hz and 2-5khz. if you have a dsp in the mix you can get real good control of that.
if i read your post right it said you have them in your lids AND tourpack. is that correct? if so there are some other options, so before i go into that, please confirm the number of speakers and the placement. the other options will let you get more power to the speakers, but will require the small or micro amp addition for your horns.
or you could get the 6MR500-ndy-4's(these are the 4 ohm version, the 6MR500 NDY being the 8 om version) for channels 3&4. the number you put up for that location isn't exactly like the prv sight lists, so i could be off or you could've had a typo on the model number.

4 horns channnels 1&2 amp #1
2 6.5's channels 2&3 amp #1, starting hi pass cross at 80hz, tweek.
2 6.5's channels 5&6 amp#1 same

bridge channels 1&2 amp#2, wire mono signal to 8 in tourpack should have 4ohm load with 200watts available( advertised spec)
same for channels 4&5 amp 2 for tour pack other speaker
Channels 5&6 wire straight up,to lids, stereo start crossing the 8's @70 and see how they sound, move up in increments till they rock.
it's just an idea that I would try if i had 2 6 channel amps to work with.
or reverse the power set up to the lids vs the tourpack and see which sounds better.
